The personal data we collect from you in your capacity as a school representative, school administrator, coordinator, teacher, parent, and/or student (hereinafter the “User”) will be used on our platforms and tools that Amco makes available to the User to take full advantage of the benefits of our learning system for the following purposes:
Amco ID: As a unique means of identification so that Amco can keep records of academic history, facilitate updates on academic progress, simplify access to payments and platforms, among others.
Amco Support: So that Users can communicate with support staff to resolve doubts and questions related to Amco products and services.
Amco System Payment and Electronic Billing: So that Users can make online payments to purchase the various programs that are part of Amco's portfolio, request electronic invoices, and check payments received by the School.
Refunds: To enable Users to request refunds in accordance with the “Refund Policy” located at www.amco.me.
Classroom Solution (Various versions): To enable Users to access the content of the Amco learning system using mobile devices within a classroom.
EVO: For Users to read different books, complete reading quizzes, and create stories using Artificial Intelligence, providing identification data and age range.
Login platforms: Through these platforms and/or applications, the User enters their credentials to access the different websites or applications that will show them information associated with the User
School Administration Platforms: Through these platforms, the School Administrator User can generate access for their school staff (coordinators, teachers, and students) and configure classrooms to assign the courses to which they should have access.
Digital Content:
Through these websites and/or applications, school staff and students will have access to the digital content they have contracted. It is a 100% digital learning platform with immediate feedback on student learning progress, where teachers can see the progress of their students and groups. Users receive information through the identification process (first and last names and email address) for authorization and security purposes.Teacher Evaluations:
Platform for evaluating teachers in their lesson planning and delivery.You Can Book Me:
Through this platform, teachers from schools belonging to the Amco system can identify themselves and schedule an online appointment with Amco academic staff.Streaming Events (Access to audio and video files): Users can participate in online events organized by Amco; on these platforms, participating User data is stored so that they can join the event.
Additionally, we may use your personal data for secondary purposes that are not necessary for the products and/or services requested, such as advertising and marketing purposes. If you do not want your personal data to be used for these secondary purposes, please notify us by sending an email to our Personal Data Protection Department at datospersonales@amco.me.
Refusal to allow the use of your personal data for these purposes will not be a reason for us to deny you the services and products you request or contract with us.
To carry out the purposes described in this privacy policy, we may collect the following personal data: full name, email address, telephone number, contact details, type of user, school name, country, which are considered sensitive in terms of the Law.

It is important to inform you that you have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose the processing thereof and revoke any consent previously granted; these rights are known as ARCO rights. To find out the procedures, requirements, and deadlines for exercising any of the ARCO rights, you must submit your request in accordance with the terms established by law to Amco's Personal Data Protection Department.

However, it is important to note that we may not be able to comply with your request or terminate use immediately in all cases, as we may be required by law to continue processing your personal data. Users may request the deletion of their account and associated data found in the accounts of the services provided by Amco Educación S.A.P.I. de C.V. or its subsidiaries.
To revoke consent for the use of your personal data and/or delete your account, Users must send their request via email to datospersonales@amco. indicating in the subject line “REVOCATION OF PERSONAL DATA” or “DELETE ACCOUNT” as applicable. The email must specify the User's name, the action they wish to take, their CURP, and the email address registered with Amco's Personal Data Department.
If the request has any correctable errors or is incomplete, it will be returned to the User by sending an email indicating the missing information to the email address provided in the initial request, so that the errors can be corrected or the request completed within 10 business days. If this period elapses without the corrections being received, Amco may file the request without prior policy to the user.
If the formalities required for the procedure have been complied with, Amco will respond within a maximum period of 20 business days from the date on which your request was received or from the date on which the errors indicated have been fully corrected.
Once the account has been deleted, no member of the Amco Educación S.A.P.I. de C.V. team or its affiliates will be able to recover the account data, including information related to the first name, last name, email address, CURP, phone number, username, and/or any data related to the applications.
